CoursesCore CoursesAll students take our 4 core courses (Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science), plus a mandatory Physical Education course. Our core courses all follow the Alberta Learning course outlines. If you would like to see what your child will be learning, please visit the Alberta Learning website to download a course outline. Complementary/Option CoursesEach year, students are entitled to choose 3 complementary/option courses to fill up their timetable. Courses for the upcoming year are chosen by the students in March/April of the current school year. Every effort will be made to fulfill those choices, however, due to scheduling conflicts, sometimes different course selections must be made. Students will consult with the office in the event that any of their selections are unable to be met. Below is a grid of available options at each grade level.
